How to Order Books and Gift Items
Payment Terms
The payment is required in advance in case of individual buyers. Therefore, after sending the order, the friends will receive the information from us about the total value of the books including the postage/freight and handling charges and accordingly they should make the payment. The ordered books shall be shipped to them after receiving the payment. In case of Institutions, payment is required within 30 days from the date of the receipt of the books.
Mode of Payment
We receive cheque/Demand Draft in the name of “Bahá’í Publishing Trust, New Delhi”. We also receive payments by Visa and Master Credit Cards. If you wish to pay by card, you need to send us details about the card, such as the card number, its expiry date and the name mentioned on the card. If you wish to bank transfer the funds, please ask us for details about our banker
Discount Policy
• All Bahá'í Distribution Services, Bahá'í Publishing Trusts and other
Bahá'í institutions fulfilling the same role of dissemination of Bahá'í
literature around the world will get 40% discount for any order above
USD 1,000 and 20% discount for any order above USD 500.
Countries with limited financial means will get 50% discount for any
order of books exceeding USD 250.
• All private distribution services will get 30% discount for any order
above USD 1,000 and 20% off for any order above USD 500.
• All individual buyers will get 20% discount when their order exceeds
USD 250.
• No discount on gift and audio-visual items as well as on the books of
other publishers.
Terms and Conditions
1. All our prices are without postage/freight and handling charges and
they are charged extra as per actual.
2. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the books. This will enable us to
help and serve you better in times of delay and difficulties.
3. Proforma invoice could be made available on customer’s request.
4. Prices are subject to change without notice.
